Depuis le 9 mai 2022, nous accueillons un étudiant ukrainien, Gleb DUBROVIN, au sein de la section internationale bilingue en 1ere année STPI.
Gleb et sa famille habitent à Villiers sur Loir depuis qu’ils ont quitté l’Ukraine en février 2022. Après quelques semaines dans un lycée à Vendôme, nous lui avons proposé de rejoindre l’INSA Centre Val de Loire. Gleb a été très bien accueilli par ses camarades de promotion et suit avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme l’ensemble des enseignements.
Gleb nous livre ses impressions, en anglais, car il ne maîtrise pas encore la langue française :

"I was born in Chernomorsk, its small city near Odessa, but for the last 3 years I was studying in Kharkiv.
My school is small, but lecturers  are real professionals of their job. I am studying to be a builder/constructor of bridges and other artificial constructions. I needed to study 1 more year to graduate, but now due to war and some shots near my school it is closed.
Family and I arrived 15 march to France. I was only in a few towns of France but i can say that i was impressed with the architecture, culture and people of the country. Nature of France made a special impression, i fell in love with forests and mountains in the east of the country.
I am very glad to study in INSA. At first i was going to go in casual school, but eventually i got into INSA. Usually i am not ver talkative but this time my classmates made some magic and a few days after i got to the group I was feeling nice. Classmates are so kind and cool.
What about the future? This summer i'm going to French courses and in September I would like to go on the first year of studying in INSA. In Ukraine I was a photographer and videomaker, so i'm going to continue working in this direction, but i'm not sure what I'm gonna do after graduating. Maybe I will be a photographer of bridges. "
